Andover thank you

Thank you 12 ordinary women for the lovely gifts, I was surprised and overwhelmed with joy. I have not heard of 12 ordinary women before I received your gifts , thank you for your kindness .

I was shocked to have been chosen.

I was given a gift the other evening and was shocked to have been chosen by twelve ordinary women. I don't believe I have done anything that is out of the usual, things that I normally do for others. I just believe that you should help someone if you can. Most of the times its the right thing to do and it makes a person feel so much better because they have helped someone, with or without them asking. Everyone should try it.

Thank you so much for the gift.

I've never done this for myself!

Thank you so much for the wonderful gift of a trip to Davidson Nail Spa! This is someihing I have never done for myself as all our “fun” money goes to medical expenses. The gift also arrived at a time when I was feeling overwhelmed as a mother and all the issues I need to address with my boys on a daily basis. The card itself, and the supportive words written on it, is precious to me! A huge hug goes to the person who took time out of her day to lift me up. Bless you.

Who are these women???

What a wonderful surprise! The kind act of love shown to me brought us to tears.

Who are these wonderful women and how did they know the health issues I have been dealing with? Even the fact that I couldn't have flowers and sent an edible arrangement of fruit.

12 ordinary women, know that you have encouraged me. I think you should be called 12 extraordinary women.

I have been so blessed. May you go on to bless many, many more, and may God bless you back.

MN message

Today my doorbell rang, and when I answered it there was a complete stranger with a gift bag. Shocked can't even begin to describe the feeling that I fellt when she handed me a gift bag with a book and a card with a donation in it. How I wish I would have visited with her more to try and figure out who would have been responsible for such a gesture. Upside down best describes my life since my husband was in a car accident last fall. To the 12 ordinary women who wish to remain nameless, I wish that I could thank you all personally. I will never forget today because God sent Anonymous Angels to to fill my heart and to lift me up. Thank you so VERY much!!!!

Mystery Gift

MYSTERY GIFT
I was thrilled to receive a card and gift certificate to a local nursery in the mail at my workplace last week! I had never heard of Twelve Ordinary Women, so Googled it, and learned of the great things they do. Whoever you are, thank you so much for your kindness at a time when it means so much to me!

Hello and thanks a million to the “12 ordinary women” group that delivered a basket of gift cards, motivational books, personal words of encouragement, and self care treats to my work at Hennepin county medical center in Minneapolis. You are anything but ordinary women – what you did for me and continue to do for others is miraculous, comforting, and beautiful. In the midst of turmoil, sacrifice, and fear of the unknown future, I am also at peace thinking of the love you showed me without even knowing me. I greatly appreciate your words of encouragement following the devastating effects of divorce on me and my 3 young boys. We will get through this because you all got through it and are thriving to tell the tale! Thank you again, you are all angels.

With love and gratitude, Nina (New Brighton, MN)

Thank you for making our small town better.

12ordinary women, I have never heard of you… until today. I went in for a pedicure at the salon I always go to. Where my salon gal handed me a sealed card, I said, “what's this?” Her response, “I don't know, it was left in my door” after I opened the card, she told me there was another envelope with a note and cash money to pay for 3 pedicures for myself… I can not say thank you enough, you've made my day, made me feel"special" you've gone above and beyond with a kind gesture! So to this group doing wonderful deeds, thanks for making our small town a better place! Thank you, Cherri
