3/20 It is overwhelming to see how much God is present in these harder than usual times.

God just POURED out His love for me. Two sweet gals - I remember their faces from church - showed up and gave me a random gift with the sweetest note. This is overwhelming to see how much God is present in these harder than usual times. Angels literally just walked in and walked out and left me with a HUGE blessing sitting in my hands! I immediately had to get on the website to see what was going on but I knew already: God is POURING out His love through these incredible ladies. I am amazed and humbled. God has been providing in miraculous ways. It's overwhelming and beautiful. I cannot thank you enough for your hearts and for this incredible thing you are doing. I'm eternally grateful.

3/16 It is fhe feeling of being cared for, noticed, and prayed for that is the greatest gift.

There aren't words to describe what it is like to anonymously receive the gifts we have received from the 12 Ordinary Ministry. When our first gift was delivered, we stood in the kitchen, speechlessly unwrapping the thoughtful, and generous abundance before us. We cried, prayed, and boy did we grin! We shared this incredible moment with our loved ones, and praised God for His goodness. Today we received a second gift. It has been an especially difficult 6 months, and to feel this outpouring of love from strangers is a balm to our hearts. While the monetary gift is of course greatfully appreciated and needed, it is fhe feeling of being cared for, noticed, and prayed for that is the greatest gift. Thank you to this ministry for blessing our lives so abundantly at a time when we needed the uplift the most. There is so much beauty in this world; thank you for embodying it in such a generous way.

3/4 I was being thanked for going out when there are natural disasters and helping those in need.

I was surprised today when two ladies knocked on my door and said they have a gift for me.  I was confused and they said to read the card and I would understand.  I read the card in disbelief and felt very humbled.  I was being thanked for going out when there are natural disasters and helping those in need.  I mostly work with the Deaf community and people with disabilities.  Sometimes I am taken away from home for months at a time.  This is a passion of mine and feel fulfilled when I can make a difference.  I was also given a box of chocolates and a spa gift card. This sign of appreciation brought me to tears.  I did not know why I was being shown this appreciation when there are so many more people out there more deserving.  I also had a feeling of guilt for receiving such a nice gesture when I was just in Puerto Rico during their worst time and seeing those people struggling just to have food, water and shelter.

My friend reminded me that I sometimes we just need to accept things ,not feel guilty and just say thank you.    I feel truly blessed to have been recognized and will continue to make a positive change !

Bless you and your organization.  Thank you so much to the 12 ordinary women !!!

2/24 thank you so much to the 12 EXTRA-Ordinary Women!

Yesterday I received a mystery gift in my mailbox. It was a beautiful little silver necklace with the word "hope" on it, a Target gift card, and the sweetest handwritten card encouraging me in my battle against cancer. It was signed, "12 Ordinary Women" and gave no names. So, I'm hoping that some of those women are on Facebook and will see this, because I want to thank them sincerely for their kindness and their moral support. I can't tell you how much a nice gesture like that does for my spirit. People have been so kind and supportive since my diagnosis, and this is just another example that there are so many good people in the world. So, again, thank you so much to the 12 EXTRA-Ordinary Women!

(I added the extra cause y'all are awesome.)

2/18 Your grand gesture of kindness meant more than you may ever know.

There aren't words to describe how grateful my family and I were to receive such a joyous surprise from your organization over the holidays. As I read the anonymous note that was sent to me, I was overtaken by emotion - I've never felt such an overwhelming sense of love and support. These past several months have brought unbearable pain to my family as we tragically lost my mother-in-law, brother-in law, and a pregnancy, all within a few short weeks of eachother. And aside from the devastating grief we have been trying to work through, my husband and I have been overwhelmed with estate follow-up from states away, all while trying to keep life as normal as possible for our three small children. Your grand gesture of kindness meant more than you may ever know. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart...and know that your selfless kindness made a profound impact on me in a way I hope to pay forward to others in the future.

Sincerely,
Adriana

2/17 Basket arrived at my workplace

I was totally surprised when a basket of love was delivered to my workplace this week. I could not figure out who did this for me until I read the website and what you do for people in need. I cried over this amazing gift basket for the entire week, and I pray that the Lord will continue to help you all to bless others like myself. I am so very thankful that someone out there knew of my need, and is willing and able to help. I am beyond blest and am so thankful for your prayers as well! One day when I am in a better position in life, I would like to be involved to help others like you all have helped me. You make this world a better place, and I want to be a part of that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, God bless!! Melissa
