5/24 #FeelingHopeful

I cannot begin to describe the gratitude I have for what you have done for me. Today, like many days lately, had me feeling like my world is crashing down on me. Today, I was given Hope. Hope that we will make it through. Hope that we will persevere. And most of all... Thankful. Thankful to those that have stood by us. Thankful to those who have helped us. And Thankful that there is still kindness in this world. A small gesture goes a LONG way. #FeelingHopeful

Your thoughtfulness and support during this challenging time has been incredibly meaningful to my family. The kindness shown by your group has truly touched my heart. To the 12 ordinary women who so graciously uplifted me with their kindness:
Thank you so much for the unexpected and heartfelt prayers. I have received so much support since my injury and all of it has helped me to keep hope alive. Your prayers and gifts were unique in their messages and anonymity. There is something very touching about receiving an outreaching of kindness and love and not even knowing who it is from. The generous and beautiful gifts and caring messages helped me to remember that I am surrounded by people who truly care. It is in those acts that I see God's love.
It was not until I opened the final card that I had any idea of what 12 ordinary women was about. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my gratitude.

5/8 HOPE stands for…

I was so thankful, grateful, and highly blessed to have received my very thoughtful gift bag. I am a firm believer if we have a breath in our lungs we have "HOPE". I also believe that "HOPE" stands for "Help Overcome Painful Experiences".

4/26 You all are food to my soul.

I am Humble and forever Grateful. Feeling God's Love and Mercy through your generous gift, but more important is that the financial blessing was to receive the gift of your love and prayers for me and my family.
These past few months have been very difficult and challenging. I've found myself in an environment filled by anger and hate. My faith and being have been tested and somehow the good Lord carried me through.
I wanted you to know that your precious gift is both a Blessing and an expression of God's unwavering love for all of us. You all are food to my soul. I was Blessed to have the Boutique for 11 years and cherish the memories of all the precious families that came through my door.

4/26 An ambush of joy!

What on earth just happened?? I was out walking my dog after a really discouraging day at work. I am a therapist at a high school and this was one of these days where you don't feel that you are helping at all and every client seems to be struggling. There was a woman at my door who handed me an envelope of cash. I don't even know what to say or think as nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Thank you so much for reminding me that there are good people in a world that is increasingly scary.
