It is hard to surprise me but " 12 Ordinary Women" did today.

It is hard to surprise me but " 12 Ordinary Women" did today. To say thank you seems inadequate but thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will use this money to buy things for Debbie that I know she has a desperate need for such as healthy food, her medicine and clothing. God bless each and every one of you. Your kindness shall never be forgotten.
Much Love,
Becky

4 year old delayed thank you!!

I apologize for not thanking you by now, but I had to tell you how often your gift comes to my mind. We are a foster family. 4yrs ago we got a call for our first placement. Our biological children were 7 and 4 at the time. We were in Chattanooga b/c my brother and sister in law were adopting a baby girl who was born that morning. We loved on our new niece, and then headed home to meet our first foster babies. I had given an SOS call to my best friend to make a Target run for me for some "get me through the night items". I am a full time nurse and of course, I had to work the following day. The week was a blur, but filled with many many God moments. I cried from God goodness just as much as I cried from stress and exhaustion. One night that week, the doorbell rang and a group of women whom I did not know walked in with two large pink buckets FULL of stuff for us and our babies. You know the fact that I just let strangers walk in has never even crossed my mind, ha!! My husband and I still tear up when we discuss how awesome that was. Perhaps the most touching part, was that there were gift cards for our biological children who were every bit as stressed as their parents. The thoughtfulness touched us deeply and still touches us today. Thank you 12 Ordinary Women for being more than ordinary! Thank you for your support and encouragement just when we needed it most!
Sincerely,
The Burrough Family

Thank you for your gift of comfort for the loss of my son.

I was home alone and a beautiful ordinary women stopped in front of my house, I was in the garage just thinking about Salem Daniel my son who had just passed away recently, she introduced herself and handed me a beautiful wall hanging and a card, I knew right away it was something to do with the loss of my son, and today was a difficult day, there are so many emotions that go with grieving, I was mad today and that's a hard one to deal with. But God in his amazing love, grace and mercy still reminds me his timing is perfect. I know Salem is in the arms of Jesus now and that gives me comfort, and as a mother our hearts desire is knowing that our children our in eternity with the Lord. I'm so thankful for all who are praying for me and my family, I am so blessed. Thank you so much for your love and prayers. Love Teresa

MHFK Family says thank you.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for the messenger (of 12 ordinary women) who stopped by the mission today with such a generous gift. It brought tears to my eyes and the eyes of our volunteers as I showed them the card and gift! With over 185 students in our MHFK family, the financial needs can be overwhelming at times. BUT GOD promises a blessing on those who consider the poor and less fortunate. Today, I thank God for using you as HIS conduit of hope and encouragement. He once again reminded us that "God's work, done in God's way, will never lack God's supply" (Hudson Taylor) . May God continue to increase your seed and enlarge your harvest as you keep giving the gift of hope...paraphrased 2 Corinthians 9:9-11

Thank you whoever you are!

I want to thank you, whoever you are😉, from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, generosity and blessing that you sent me yesterday!! It brought tears to my eyes and warmth to my heart to know that there are people like you in his world and your generosity will stay with me forever!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! ❤

Thank you for the wonderful, personal gift.

A beautiful, generous gift of hope and caring was delivered to me from 12 Ordinary Woman. I don't know who the "ordinary" woman are, but I doubt you are far from ordinary. This gift came at a time when my chemo journey is getting long, hard and I need a lift. Thank you for the wonderful, personal gifts and the reminder of how loved I am. This means more than I can say.
With love,

Janice
