10/22 At a time where I was lost

At a time where I was lost, 2 women came into my work and left me speechless. I couldn’t believe 12 woman who did not know me at all, wanted to give me a gift. I moved to a new area and shortly after, I lost my husband to cancer. I have 3 young children and still feel lost in a new city but the warmth these women brought still sits deep in my heart. Thank you all so much

10/10 You helped my best friend Pam

Dear 12 Ordinary Women,
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for what you do. My BFF for 57 years, Pam Casadevall, just lost the love of her life to cancer. She is, of course, devastated. This evening, a mutual friend brought to her a lovely bag with many special gifts. She was in awe of the beautiful blanket, very pretty candle warmer, and journal. She was quite touched by the idea of complete strangers thinking of her in such a kind and loving way. Thank you again for bringing a smile to my friend’s face.

10/4 definitely not junk mail.

 I was going through mail that had piled up over the last week's and found a plain envelope with my wife's name on it. Honestly i thought it was junk mail. You know that mail you get with what appears to be hand written address with no return address. I went ahead and opened it and it was definitely not junk mail. Thank you 12 Ordinary Women for your prayers for both my cancer treatment/recovery and the adoption of our son Cortez. Thank you for the gift card, it is a great blessing to be able to go out as a family for dinner. I don't know what else to say but thank you from the bottom of my heart.m

Knowing that total strangers have joined our prayer team is humbling.

10/2 A generous and unexpected gift

I want to thank you extraordinary women for your generous and unexpected gift. I am filled with gratitude for your thougthfulness. I never have had such an amazing surprise from people I do not even know. Your gift came at the perfect time, reminding me that angels ARE all around me and how much God loves me. Thank you for all that you do to help those that are in need. God bless you.

10/1 Thank you for crossing my path

To the group of women known as 12 Ordinary Women that God sent on my path last week, I truly thank you with All my heart. I thank God for beautiful caring souls like you. Just when I think my world is crumbling, 12 wonderful Ordinary Women heard about my journey and crossed my path God Bless you all and I sincerely Thank you All. I am sorry about being so late on my response to you. God is so good. My sister Pastor Dorothy Whitfield always tell me" If you are going to pray don't worry and if you are going worry don't pray." I truly believe that. Faith does not have Doubt. You ladies are wonderful, special and angels. I love you all and I pray God bless you abundantly.

9/30 gift to Sojourner

Thank you so much to the 12 Ordinary Women's group from Kinect Energy in Minnesota! They provided a financial donation to Sojourner to support our needs and services. Sojourner is a nonprofit that serves victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. We are so grateful for this donation and all it will do to support the journey from fear to hope! Thank you!

9/16. Build a bear

Thank you so very much for your encouraging note and gifts. Piper enjoyed her visit to Build-a-Bear, and I have enjoyed my book of hope. What a wonderful organization and blessing to others.
