Oh,my goodness! How blessed I feel right now! And loved and cared for !! The very idea of gifts!!! Not one or two or three but lots of lovely gifts and special experiences to look forward to!! I received the most unexpected blessing and wanted to say thank you! What an incredible ministry this is to touch people with the Love of Jesus during difficult times! I am truly overwhelmed and so thankful! Love how the body of Christ works and loves people. Thanks so much!

12/3 She had a gift for me!!!
Last week a friend called me and said she had a present for me. I pressed her for more information and she finally shared that a group called 12 Ordinary Women gave her a gift bag with a plant and some money for me. I was flabbergasted and truthfully, I still am. She gave the gift to another friend who was coming to my house last Sunday and she forgot to bring it over. When I finally got home with our treasure, I pulled out this darling Christmas Cactus and a folded sheet of paper with the 12 Ordinary Women website and email address of this organization with 10 signatures and messages and containing $410. I can't begin to express how I felt that people that don't even know me would collect and give me this much cash. I want to thank all them over and over. This helped to supplement my daughter and I for 1 month of our rent. We are both so grateful to all of you in Minneapolis, MN who allowed us to experience Grace and be reminded of how a single act of kindness can make a huge difference. 11/30 A gift was left at work for me…
I want to thank the 12 extraordinary women (Joy). Yesterday I was working and when I arrived from my break I had a gift and when I opened it I couldn't believe it. I don't know what I did to deserve it, but they arrived at the perfect time. My family and I thank God we were finally able to buy a house and that money really helps us and a new journal to start a new story. Thank you!!

11/25 I came home to gifts!
Thank you so much for your act of kindness!! It was such a pleasure coming home and seeing all the gifts and gift cards from you ladies! It really put a nice smile on my face. And it couldn't have came at a better time. The gift cards are definitely going to be put to good use, they are going to help me get Christmas gifts for my kiddos and my family!! 11/23 Today was a difficult day…
I received the most beautiful gift bag, note, and gifts today on my porch from y'all. It was so thoughtful and kind and I wanted to express my appreciation. Today has been an especially difficult day for me and it was just like receiving a hug. Lots of guilt, anger and sadness today -- but also striving to find peace in so many good memories. Thank you again very much.

Thank you to whoever blessed me today. The package I received brought tears to my eyes and I welcomed a heart hug from 12 Ordinary Women. My husband was diagnosed with a chronic disease and life has been hard, but God is good and He continues to love me through people like YOU!

11/19 a gift from a loving stranger
Today, I received a beautiful gift from a loving stranger (or a group of them!). It came from 12 Ordinary Women on a day as I had just found out more upsetting news about our fertility journey. The words on the handwritten card were so beautiful, and I was so humbled by them. Thank you to those who reach out to others like me to keep pushing through life's challenges. I am reminded of God's beauty through this thoughtful gift.

11/17 It can only get better from here
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and prayers. Your beautiful message brought tears to my eyes, it made me reflect on how incredibly grateful I am to have made it through such a difficult journey over the last year. It was a rough year to say the least, but it made my husband and I grow so much closer in our relationship. The saying “It can only get better from here” came true for us. I had to endure things that I never imagined I would have to in my life. With the support of family, friends, and my husband staying strong, we are now on the right path in life. I am thankful that the storm has passed, now we can focus on bringing our daughter in to a very warm and loving household!
