The answer is YES!

Lovely Ladies,

Are you sure that you delivered the gifts today to the proper address?  You have all the names correct, but we do not deserve this overwhelming act of generosity.  I have been crying happy tears most of the day.  The best part of this experience is that you thought of my girls, Natalie and Jenna.  They now know that God loves them because the kindness of anonymous strangers like you.  We will remember being blessed today for no reason for the rest of our lives.

I will submit something for your blog once I can think!  I have already gotten 3 texts from my 15 year old at school.  She is asking if I still feel like I am dreaming, and the answer is yes!

I think that you are all incredible for allowing yourselves to be used as God's vessel.

You gals rock!

Timing was prefect!

Hi 12 ordinary women,

I wanted to thank you all, whoever you may be, for the generous gift delivered to me today. I can't begin to tell you how grateful and overwhelmed my husband and I both are for this huge blessing. The timing was so perfect too, we needed to get some checks yesterday to send with al the immigration papers but didnt have all the money to cash it at the bank and were hoping to do so today... Now we can do so without going broke !

Thank you soooo much, God bless you hearts and the amazing ministry to bless other people.

We will pray for you and if you want to pray for us we will appreciate that too =) (you could pray that the whole greencard process for me goes smoothly and we can find stable jobs on the side while doing photography, which is what we love to do.)

God bless,

New Here!

Thank you all so much for the incredible blessing that you gave me today with your beautiful and delicious gift basket. I was having such a hard morning with issues of being new to the community and your gift brightened my day and felt like a kiss from Heaven. Thank you so much for all you do. You have truly made a difference in my life and my families. May God Bless each of you extra-ordinary women for your act of love and kindness. Jane

Practically needed and a great encouragement!

Hi,

How wonderful when God takes us ordinary people and does extraordinary things. I feel the blessing of God through your gift to me/us.  Though I know that, like Paul, I can be content in all circumstances, like him also I am blessed by the church being the church.  I’ve been daily trying to keep my focus on Jesus as the circumstances of life sometimes challenge me.  What  a great place to grow in Him.  Your gift is both practically needed and a great encouragement of God’s faithfulness.  Thank-you so much my anonymous sisters.

With love in Him,

Cindy

I am Cared about!

What a wonderful blessing you all are! While at work I was unexpectedly visited by one of your 12 "extraordinary"  women. She entered my office, asked my name and as she placed the pretty blue and pink gift bag filled with your generous gifts along with a box of delicious pastries on my desk she stated that this was a gift to lift my spirit, to encourage me to stay strong and to let me know that I was being thought of and cared about during the very difficult time that I'm going through in my life. She told me that there was a card inside the gift bag that would explain about the gifts as I was thanking her and with that she was gone in a flash.

I have never met her before and  have never heard of your group before but I was so deeply touched by your generosity that tears were rolling down my face because I was so filled with gratitude and couldn't stop thinking that this was truly a blessing from God, given self-lessly and delivered by his Special Angels! Just the fact that total strangers had reached out to help me in such a generous way...I was stunned! Although her visit was very brief, her words were so comforting and sincere and deeply touched my heart! You all reached out to me but remain anonymous... it's actions like yours that prove that God provides when you are in need and you all are his Angels...Special Angels who are making a big difference in the lives of many grateful women who benefit from the love, compassion and encouragement you all give. >From the bottom of my heart I truly want to thank each and every one of you. I will never forget what you gave to me today because in addition to the generous gifts, you also gave me hope, strength and courage at a moment when I really needed encouragement. Thank you so much, may God bless you all...his Special Angels!!!

God sees me!

I am still in shock and processing what just happened.  Two women just walked into my office and delivered a beautiful pink hydrangea (I think that is what it is) plant and a gift bag.  When I asked what it was for, they said that they just wanted me to know that God sees me and I'm not alone.  They also said that there was a card that would explain more.  After they left, I opened the card to see $20's spill from it saying that it was from "12 ordinary women."  I keep getting chills (and am trying not to cry here at work) from knowing that I was just "kissed from God" through the kindness of these women.  I can't wait to go home and tell my four boys about this.  We have been through quite a lot... especially recently with the flood and having to move from our home (mostly from 'x' issues), but the boys and I have been faithfully doing devotions together each night and reminding one another that GOD ALWAYS PROVIDES!  I can't wait for the day that my boys and I get to bless others (financially) the way these women have blessed us!  Thank you, thank you... 12 times we thank you!

Salty Tears and Sweet Tears

One evening I was at my part-time job, exhausted from a salty-tear day when a woman came in bearing a beautiful pink plant and blue gift bag! I stood in amazement when she called my name…she said these were gifts from women who wanted to bless us, who wanted us to know that we were thought of…astonished, I asked who over and over…her reply was, “just 12 ordinary women”…women who get together every month, take up collections and give gifts to widows, single moms, women who are suffering.

No words can describe how this act has touched me – has strengthened a waning faith and infused hope into a shattered heart – what a true example of God’s love! The money/gift card was wonderful as I could get much needed shoes for my boys, but the best part of it all…every time I see my little plant, I am reminded that we exist, that we are loved, that there are Angels in our midst, that God sees us…that God’s grace covers me and my boys…

I’ve cried so many salty tears these last 18 months…tears of disappointment from a job layoff, tears of financial fear; tears of grief from my father’s passing and more when my boy’s Dad got sick then his Dad passed; tears of shame that I can’t provide for my family and from “if only”; tears of sadness from being rejected time and again. So many bittersweet, salty tears.

Yet, for all the pain, the sweet tears are salve to my wounds – tears of thankfulness for gifts of food and paid bills; tears of encouragement from a friend’s loving words; tears of love from gestures of care; tears of joy from blessings received; tears of relief when Mom’s heart was found strong; tears of happiness for my boy’s accomplishments. So many sugary, sweet tears…tears made more sweet by women like you!

Thank you so much…your generosity has sweetened our lives…and my prayer is that I can get out of myself long enough to give God’s love to another.

God Bless You,

Karen & The Boys

Crossing Guard

Hello, My name is "J L" & I am a Crossing Guard at Moss Haven in Dallas, Texas.  One morning while I was waiting to cross the kid, I was approach by an elderly man & his wife & they ask if my name was "J".  I said yes, & they handed me this large card.  Well it was a very nice card by 12 Ordinary women.  The card had large amount of cash.  I was in shock to say the least.  But I want to thank you all for the nice card & money.  It really made my day.  I couldn't believe it.  It was really sweet & something I willl never forget.  Bless you & thank you so much.

Two sweet ladies unknown to me...

Dear kind sisters,

"Religion that God accepts as pure and without fault is this: caring for orphans and widows who need help..." James 1   (Thank you for not claiming religion but living it. I've been widowed since 1998 and raised 2 young children, not by myself but with the help and love of beautiful souls like you.)

"When you give to the poor, don't let anyone know what you are doing. Your giving should be done in secret. Your Father can see what is done in secret, and He will reward you." Jesus

( I was confused when handed a gift by two sweet ladies unknown to me, but at that same moment I felt like I was being visited by angels straight from Heaven. It wasn't until I was in the quiet of my home that evening when I realized what my gift was. My heart almost exploded with gratitude and thankfulness. I will be a good steward of the gift, and I will never forget your love.)

Now, I beg of you. Please contact me whenever I can help, share, pray, contribute...

Your humble servant. RTJ

Brakes!

Today I was the recipient of one of your blessings. The lady came to my office and asked if I was "C", and I said,” yes”, she then gave me a pink gift bag. I was excited just to get the bag it was so unexpected and then I looked inside and found the card and the money. It was truly a blessing from God because ,you see today I had to get brakes on my car and the amount I received was more than enough to cover my brake bill. You probably know I just lost my husband of 28 years and am struggling financially. I was so humbled by your random  act of kindness. Bless you all! And, when I am able I would like to do something for someone else through your organization.

Thanks again, God Bless
