Mom says you're a miracle I say you're angels sent for her you're the best thanks again god bless you forever.

Thanks for the best week at camp!

A few weeks ago I was given an anonymous donation to attend a Young life camp in North Carolina. I had been saving up money to go to this camp for a while, but due to my financial situation at the time I was unable to pay the required amount. My young life leader, Tim told me that an anonymous donation was given for someone to go to camp, and that he chose me! Thanks to the donation given by the 12 ordinary woman organization I was able to have one of the best weeks of my life. I was able to have A LOT of fun, meet new people, and most significantly further more relationship with God. I am very grateful for this opportunity; thank you very much.

Orlando thank you!

I am so grateful for your generous gift which allowed us to take my friend Darius to Young Life camp this past week. He really wanted to go but his family could not afford to help him out. So he socked away all of the money he earned from work but at the last minute his car broke down and he had to use his "camp" money for repairs. Darius texted me to tell me the situation and I told him if he still wanted to go, we'd find a way to help him out. Less than a week later, this anonymous gift showed up from a group of ladies in our area with a note that said to use the money inside to help send someone to camp. I immediately knew who this gift was meant for...Darius! Because of your quiet generosity, this young man had one of the best weeks of his life. He experienced Jesus in a whole new way and I'm convinced he will never be the same. May you be blessed as you bless others!

Your gift encouraged me to trust more

Thank you so much for the sweet gift. It was so unexpected but my family and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for thinking of us and keeping us in your prayers. God only gives you what you can handle and what will make you stronger and I try to remember that everyday. Your gift helped to encourage me to continue to trust in him.

Thank you so much!!

Thank you all the way from California to the 12 Ordinary women's group in Evansville, IN

When I opened my small surprise package today, I felt like I unwrapped a huge hug. As I read the card, I felt comforted and blessed in so many ways.
Mourning my boyfriend has been a roller coaster, and at times, a lonely process. This surprise package was definitely a fresh breath of air and an awakening experience. I felt understood as a woman who loves deep from within and I felt synchronized, one with the sender.
I read daily meditations to help with my process and today's entry reads:
"We all live with the objective of being happy; our lives are all different and yet the same." -Anne Frank.
It goes on to further explain how we all are part of this big orchestra that includes a conductor who reads the music and helps with direction and movement. Synchronization not only sounds right but feels right. A happiness that can be shared and felt by all those who participate. We all have to play our part but when combined as a whole, this wondrous gift can be felt by others on so many levels. Our combined prayers and strengths posses endless possibilities.
This has been such an inspirational gesture of love. I first learned about the group today and I am delighted that it exists! What a great way to reach out to others. I am truly honored.
I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I shall cherish what has been provided to me. I feel more synchronized with not just your group but with those loving souls that continue to provide me moral support. This inspires me to continue on working through the heavy moments in my life. Giving thanks along the way and giving back most importantly. Sharing the me that is living with the memory of my loved one.
In remembrance of Dan Clint Hayden Jr. May his family and loved ones continue to be blessed with the love that life has endlessly provided us with. May we never forget that his love continues to live on forever in us and through us. I dedicate this to his loving mother, Brenda Sue Bowley Egan, who has taught me courage and strengths that I continue to learn from every chance I can. From Indiana to California we keep the support and love alive.
My love to you all
Amen

Thank you 12OW of Edina, MN

Thank you to 12 Ordinary Women in Edina MN for thinking of SFFC! It was such an unexpected surprise. I love when God does that within the body of Christ. He knows our needs so intimately and I am thankful that you listened to His still small voice, and that He led you back to the email that connected us.
This gives me great HOPE in our loving faithful Father, who keeps his covenant of love to a thousand generations.
Would you ask the 12 Ordinary Women to continue to pray for us? God is at work, and there is much resistance, and a lot of really messy situations. He knows and He is able. Isn't it amazing that he invites us to join him in his work through both prayer and action?

On a personal note, my life song is Ordinary People. Some of the words are:
"Just ordinary people, God uses ordinary people. He chooses people who are willing to do what he commands. God uses people who will give him all, no matter how small your all might seem to you - because little becomes much, as you place it in the Master's Hand.

Just like that little lad, who gave Jesus all he had, how the multitude was fed with the fish and the loaves of bread.
What you have may not seem much, but when you yield it to the touch of the Master's loving hand, then you will understand how your life could never be the same..."

So thankful for 12 Ordinary Women doing extraordinary things in Jesus name and for His glory!!
Bless you!

Thank you!

To the 12 Ordinary Women of Charlotte, N.C.~

I would like to thank you all for the surprise visit to our house with a gift of cash and yummy snacks from Trader Joe's! This was such an incredible act of kindness that we appreciated so much during our difficult time.
I had just had a baby via c-section and had to have 2 additional surgeries at the time of delivery. About a week later, our 9 year old daughter had 3 ER trips & then had to be admitted to Levine Children's Hospital for severe headaches and many seizures. She stayed in the hospital for 18 days and was diagnosed with Epilepsy. She is still on 4 different medications and has about 1-2 seizures a day now, and is completing her 3rd grade year doing Homebound School.
My parents stayed with us at our house for 8 weeks and helped us tremendously.... as we now have 5 children ages 11, 9, 6, 2 and now 8 weeks. Lots of friends reached out to help us during this trying time. The most generous and kind act came from you since you do not even know our family. You 12 Ordinary Women of Charlotte, NC did this out of the kindness of your hearts. Bless you and thank you again!
